Account Security

All account data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Stored passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Two-factor authentication via SMS is available and strongly encouraged for all accounts holding active balances.

Data Retention

Transaction records are retained for the period required under applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction. Account profile data is deleted within 30 days of a confirmed account closure request, except where retention is legally mandated.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the payment method details you use — such as your UPI ID or Paytm-linked mobile number. We do not collect more than is necessary to verify your identity and process transactions.

We retain a reference record of each transaction for regulatory compliance purposes, but we do not store your full UPI credentials or Paytm wallet PIN. Payment gateway providers handle credential security on their own certified infrastructure.

Yes. Submit a data access request through Account Settings under the Privacy section, or email the privacy team with your registered account email. We will compile and deliver your data within 14 business days of verifying your identity.

Navigate to the Privacy section in Account Settings and select 'Request Deletion'. We will close your account and erase profile data within 30 days, except for transaction records we are legally required to retain under applicable financial rules.

Game studios receive only an anonymised session token — enough to run the game you are playing. They cannot see your name, contact details, payment method or account balance. No personally identifiable data is passed to any studio.

Open Account Settings, go to Communication Preferences and uncheck the channels you want to stop. You can also click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send. Changes take effect within 48 hours of your request.

We will notify you by email and display a notice inside your account dashboard at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of your account after that date indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
